My husband likes a few sweet treats now and again, and I like the sweet smell of baking wafting through the house (and making a mess in the kitchen). So I made him these peanut butter cookies, he said they were very nice indeed!

They are from one of our fave cookbooks: Vegan with a Vengeance, I found the recipe online here. I made mine regular size - so they would go a bit further.

Oh, Amy. How can I NOT smile and feel wonderful after looking through your pictures! You are a sheer delight, and your colors are always uplifting. Watch out for those icicles, though. Please don't stand right under them. They look quite dangerous!
