yup its bright green and perfect for this lovely sunny weather

1/2 english cucumber

1 apple

4 sticks celery

chunk of ginger

juice of half a lemon

Peanut Butter Cookies.....

My husband likes a few sweet treats now and again, and I like the sweet smell of baking wafting through the house (and making a mess in the kitchen). So I made him these peanut butter cookies, he said they were very nice indeed!
Who has been nibbling at this one!?!?
They are from one of our fave cookbooks: Vegan with a Vengeance, I found the recipe online here. I made mine regular size - so they would go a bit further.
