Illustration Friday - Craving

Flora never stopped craving sunflower seeds, in fact she would eat handfuls of them throughout the day and often leave a trail behind her.
(Flora and I are quite similar!)

Great graphic quality to this one Amy.... love the dotted line conveying the growth of the flower, and a judicious (and delicious) use of halftone pattern never did anyone any harm :) PS. well done to your husband and yourself on the installation...sorry not to be able to see it for real, very nice cast shadows from the river piece!

PPS. forgot to say... really liked the one lowered eyebrow, gives her a mystery agenda...?! ;)

This is so perfect! I love sunflowers and the seeds, what's not to love? Your husband is amazing and mind boggling!!! I really find the ideas based on his bike trips fascinating and in his porfolio the installation Zoetrope and the bike with wings are awesome! I never realized that scabs are like little mountains, that blows my mind :)
